Smudging kit include:
1 palo santo stick
1 white sage bundle
1 selenite stick (do not get wet)
1 scented candle for relaxing
1 gemstone chakra bracelet

Instructions

*Light a candle!

*How to smudge:
Open up a window so the unwanted energy has a path to get out.
Light the sage or the palo santo stick and let it burn for 10 seconds, then blow out the flame to reveal the ambers and place a heatproof plate under to catch the ashes.

The selenite is to cleanse your home and can be set in your front entrance to clear negativity before entering your sacred space.
